i find an 80F/20P diet to be very beneficial. i haven't put my stuff in fitday for awhile but i tend towards that if left to my own devices as i have gotten used to consuming a lot of fat. i never was used to consuming a lot of meat.

+++ Miss Bee does not say to avoid veggies (she says no starches). But she does advocate, if one would prefer, an all protein/fat diet. 80F/20P. I was following it for a couple of months but another friend (whom I love because he weight trains AND follows Bee's program, so I like to listen to people being successful doing the same thing I'm doing) suggested it would not be a bad thing to have a few veggies. So that is what I have been doing; having some veggies. I certainly don't miss them or having to prepare them, however. It is so fabulous to know we don't 'need' them either!
