Re: [fast5] Re: My experience with zero carb

I am actually struggling with this right now...I eat plenty of fat. I
eat 2T of coco oil a day (mixed with nut butter and a touch of honey.
Yum!), butter, broth with lots of fat, kefired raw cream... and I eat
some raw or cooked meat everyday...and I am CRAZY constipated. I mean,
today is day 5 and nothing. And I often don't go for 3 days until I
finally give myself an enema, take magnesium, or use Natural Calm.

I despise veggies...altho I eat pickles and salads here and there. But I
need to be more regular! And I'm wondering if veggies are the answer.
Sigh.
