You can also mix it with cocoa powder, nuts, dried fruit, etc.

to make chocolates. They melt easily, so you need to keep them
in the fridge, but it makes really good chocolate bars.

We use it mainly for stir-fry and making popcorn though. It's our
main cooking oil, and it works really well. We get the centrifuged kind:
the fermented kind has a kind of watery stuff left at the bottom which is
where most of the "coconut" taste comes from ... the coconut taste
doesn't go well with tacos!

It's really easy to digest ... it almost dissolves in water even. My husband
doesn't digest fats well, so coconut oil works great.

All coconut oils are not the same, by the way...Apparently, the Nutiva
and Tropical Traditions ones have more healing properties than some of
