Usually a good multi-vitamin is good, no matter who you are. AED's tend to take out folic acid, so you can ask for a prescription for it, or just take a vitamin. Yes, everyone in this country is low on vitamin d, mostly because we wear sunscreen--it's in our makeup, etc... And we don't get out during the winter, etc...
You should get all the vitamin d you need from sitting in the sun for half an hour (without sunscreen). Of course, if you live in the frozen tundra right now, that's pretty much impossible!!

I have recently given up died soda since I have been reading more and more that diet sugar can be a triger for seizures. I don't drink coffee for the same reason, I can drink decaf once in a while but no more than than. Also are there any vitamin I should be avoiding or is it okay to taken any?? I hear fish oil can be good for you??
