Liz,
I was also very low in Vit D. I have Vit D checked
when my blood is checked. The Dr. has to ask for
it like he does for Dilantin and Phenabarb because
it isn't automatic in the usual bunch of fasting
blood tests they check.

Make sure you take D!! AEDs are FAMOUS for robbing us of Vitamin D. I was down
to near ZERO D in my body before I found out, and I honestly thought I was
dying. :(
LIZARD :)

I have recently given up died soda since I have been reading more and more that
diet sugar can be a triger for seizures. I don't drink coffee for the same
reason, I can drink decaf once in a while but no more than than. Also are there
any vitamin I should be avoiding or is it okay to taken any?? I hear fish oil
can be good for you??
