I would suggest not counting the ounces of meat. Eat more Meat to fill along with your eggs to break your fast and do not eat any vegetables with that first meal. If you need to eat a second meal, that is the one which could start with a few vegetables like the broccoli. I wouldn't even buy celery.
You need plenty of meat every day but can survive without vegetables. It is the meat/eggs which satiates you.
Eat Big Meat at your awakening noonish meal. As, you should be able to carry over to the next day as many of us do. If you need a "cheat" meal in evening, make it meat and then try to wean yourself from it most evenings. Suspect your evening meal has turned into more Habit, than necessity.
