Do be careful with the coconut oil, though - some people have a reaction to it.
My mom was really big into the coconut oil, and she made us try some (I believe it was the Tropical Traditions, before anyone flips out about 'quality' or anything), so we used it in cooking for a few days - my husband and son ended up getting what was essentially a rather painful 'rash' at...let's just say at the tail end of the gastrointestinal tract. ;-) It didn't affect me or my daughter that way, but we stopped using the coconut oil, and it went away.
