+++Oooooor....does belly fat decrease because insulin has decreased...?
>> 1. 40 grams of carbs spread over 2 meals (in my window) is way better than 40 grams of carbs spread throughout a whole day.
+++ Ain't that the truth! When you put your mind to it, you might even find yourself below 20g/day! I eat two meals and have veggies at both, but I'm always under 20g/day...
> 3. FF makes planning easier. 2 carb restricted meals is easier to plan than 3 carb-restricted meals plus snacks.
+++ Love it, too! And I thought I was just being lazy!

+++ This is curious as I was just reading that a couple people said one of their symptoms of "burning fat" (perhaps going in to ketosis as well) was that their hands and feet got cold. Then I read yesterday that was a symptom of hypo(er)thyroidism... Now I'm curious... they're expensive, and the sugar alcohols upset my sensitive tummy.

+++ You might want to take a look at your bread if you're serious about dumping fat by this summer... I follow a grain-free program and also cut nuts out of my diet. Wanting to make a gluten-free bread for my family, I used almond meal. Since I'd never made it before, I kept sampling/tasting it (read: not EATING it, mind you!) till it dawned on me that almond meal is made of NUTS!!! And I know I must keep the nuts AND grains out to keep insulin low... Which is also why it's very easy to keep my carbs very low...
+++ You GO, Miss Susie!
