Thank you, Linda! This is wonderful advice.

I am experimenting with combining F5 with ESE to have a little more freedom on the weekends. 3 days of F5 and 2 days of ESE....weekends free but eat reasonable. I will see.

So, today was 24 hour fast and, wow, your advice truly works. It made all the difference. I didn't struggle at all. I just kept telling myself "it's not an emergency" .... it was too simple.

It is all mental, but it does work.
