[fast5] Re: Long timers?

I just wanted to give a short and quick update. I've been back now one week... I'm down 5 lbs and have been feeling great! My energy level has been really good and I worked out 3 days last week. As for the spacieness i was concerned about. I have been able to all but completely get rid of it by adapting some of the warrior diet techniques during my no eat time. In other words, instead of not eating i have 1 apple for breakfast and 1 carrot for lunch and that's it! Pretty nuch fasting... But it keeps me from becoming light headed and intead of making me hungrier like i thought it would, it satisfies me unt I'll my eat window. So... So far so good!
