[fast5] Re: Cravings and Hunger

The protein drink my wife and I like is Amplify Smoothie which is high protein and low carb. It is made my NDS in Omaha. I mention this because it is a completely different brand than the "Amplified" products which IMO don't taste as good.

Amplify tastes much better than the 3 or 4 other brands we have tried. I think it is a little more expensive but the GNC store we shop at will usually negotiate the price (on anything!). Many won't. I think we paid $54 for a 5 lb container and got a second at 1/2 off. Usually it is $79 or $89. I've paid $54 before, but never along with a second one for half of that.

My point on the price is a reminder that GNC stores are independently owned and each will have different prices and policies. It also shows that there must be a huge mark up!
