Hey everyone!
So I stumbled on Fast 5 several weeks ago and love it. It's so easy to maintain, and most of the time I have plenty of energy. Usually I only eat between 5 and 8 since I'm not hungry afterward. Lots of mostly herbal tea to get me through the dAys.
But anyway... I'm thinking of embarking on a 10-day Master Cleanse detox soon and was wondering if anyone else had gone into a MC from
F5?
Did you follow MC rules to a T? Did you only drink the lemonade between 5 and 10 since your body was used to fasting? Or is that just crazy? :) I'm sure my body will tell me what to do once I begin, but just want to see if anyone else has done this. Thanks!
