Re: [fast5] Re: What about when you're sick?

The way I make this is I put 3 or 4 cloves of raw garlic, about an inch or two of raw horseradish root and 2 or 3 inches of raw ginger root in a blender...I cover it with lemon juice (vinegar) and blend.  I then strain it.  Take a tblsp 2 to 3 times a day.  I don't use the red peppers as what comes to mind is bell peppers, but if she's referring to something like cayenne...sounds like it would work too.  Now what happens is the flu or cold will all come to a head all at once.  You will feel really, really, sick for one day....and then after that you feel wonderful and it's gone...  I make this for my friends and they have a love/hate for it.  It's worth it because it gets rid of your cold/flu very quickly.

Hi Heather, could you elaborate on this recipe please? By infusion, do you mean like a tea, or do you mean cooked like a soup? How much do you take and how often? Thanks.
