I so encourage you to stick with it. It is the only thing that kept "me" in control of my food. Some of my weight has slipped back on because I quit working the program. I am determined to get back on after my trip this week.

Hi. I am new on here. I am on my 4 th day of fast 5. This plan has really helped me stop my food and calorie obsessing. I have 5-8 pounds to lose. I have already lost 3. So glad to have found this plan and group.
