Cut fat and carbs with this tangy barbecue sauce that does double duty on the grill or as a marinade.
8 oz no-salt tomato sauce
2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, low sodium
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 pinch salt and pepper
2 large garlic cloves , peeled and finely minced
Stir together all ingredients in an airtight container. Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Additional Information: Great for grilling and as a marinade.
