[Prince-4ever] suggestions anyone

 

Hi fam,

 

Here's the situation...

 

A collegue of mine and me are the core of the teachers band.

We only perform once a year... Mostly with another collegue playing bluesharp, sometimes extra guitarplayers, adn some on on keyboard.

Last two years none of the teachers that does drums was available, so a student helped out.

 

Now our student needs our help.

He has to do audition for a rock college. He has to play two songs that are different.

The first one will be Black Night (Deep Purple). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5c3eTTfU4uM

 

Angelo, that's the student's name, wants to do something funky for the other song.

Beware: it's just either two guitars, or one guitar and a bass to accompany him..

 

And it has to show some drumwork, or at least show how he can keep the song together.

 

My collegue and me have I'm A Man (Chicago) and Superstitious (Stevie Wonder) as first suggestions (we'll do a jam coming Friday to see if we can actually get it off.)

 

Anybody got some suggestions as in: try this one??
