Maple-Mustard Carrots
1 pound baby carrots, scraped
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Steam carrots 15 minutes; drain well. Combine syrup, margarine and mustard,
stir well. Pour syrup mixture over carrots, toss gently to coat.
Makes 4 servings.
