[epilepsy] Think I had a Seizure, Not Sure

 

I think I may have had a seizure in my sleep but am not sure......I was half in/out of sleep and I felt an electric shock in my ear, and heard a buzzing sound.  Is that a seizure or some kind lf sleep disturbance?
