If you can't eat egg white, don't try Egg Beaters. The main ingredient is
egg white. I've never used it before buy there are vegan "egg" products
that can be purchased in natural food departments of most supermarkets that
can be used for baking. Your best bet would probably be scrambled tofu.

I have question. I am allergic to eggs (yolk, white and albumen). Do egg
substitutes like Egg Beaters cause the same allergic reactions as real eggs?
I hope somebody can answer this because I really really really want an
omelet loaded with veggies, but do not want the wheezing fits and
drug-resistant migrane that happens whenever I eat eggs.
