[fast5] Re: Newby

 



You're right, I am like that. I'm constantly worrying about everything. I'm not fond of exercise and I'm not so worried about how many calories I can burn more than being active again. I just think that it's good for my health to move around a bit more, even if it means doing yoga.

Fasting didn't really go well for me today. I ate at 14:20. At least I'm not having breakfast. I had so much pain with stomach acid today, also because of eating too many carbs probably.

Anyway, I'm content right now with not eating breakfast and I'm taking it from there. Funny that last time I went cold Turkey from day 1 and lasted very long.
