No to counting calories. That is one of the joys of this eating regime to me. I really can not go shopping for 'eye of newt' and other masses of foodstuffs which I the need to prepare. I love this way of living but had a more level weight drop when I first started this end of last year. I have no problem keeping my 19+ hours free of food. I miss coffee with a bit of milk for my one and only cup of the day but I am making a big fruit salad to have after my evening meal so tht is a huge plus. I have also moved on to enjoy a range of 'fruit' teas during the day - and I never have had sugar in anything I drink (wine excepted); my evening meal is well-balanced with fish, turkey and occasional beef + veggies and couscous or brown rice. My main slip is to have that extra glass of wine AND I know I am not exercising enough.
I am on holiday in Vermont (Scotland is my home) presently so have abandoned the Fast5 for the time being. Plan A is to incorporate 3 weekly sessions at Curves & get back to Fast5-ing. Am sure I'll be back with a successful report. I love this! Just slightly bummed as I seem to have hit a plateau.
Cheers!
