No not really but the basic form of exercise is walking.

I had never heard that exercising was not good for epileptics but now my neuro claims that it needs to be in moderation.
And yet ...I can't find one site on the internet that can tell us which exercises to do or not to do ...or how much to do.....

Do you know of any article or good source that could shed a light on the subject ?

I walked, and never had any issues.  My Nuerologist gives me a list of healthy things to do such as walking, eating salmon, and items such as that but I was having issues before I started the Onfi.  I know excercising, and items such as lifting weights causes seizures.  I know also caffiene causes seizures.

Walking is also a big thing in my book.
Did you seizures when they happened....happen during the walks or much after.
Was walking some 6 kms a day when the seizures started to increase here.  The neurologist says that his theory lies in the fact that the walking was too much.

Is there in fact a link between long walks and seizures ?

I'll tell you this the Onfi is working so good for me I was able to walk for a couple of days which one day I walked 4.5 miles, and never had a seizure.

With all the drugs I am taking before the Onfi I was still having seizures where I had a grand mal seizure once in our kitchen, and fell into our stove, and the glass on the front of the door shattered on me.

Hello
I can't thank you enough for responding to my email.
May I ask you "How long you have been on it exactly?" because my neuro calls it a Honeymoon drug.
They added the clobazam to the keppra.
They first added 5 mgs and grand mal seizure came back.
Now going up to 10 mgs.....
I am just wondering if it will last ?
Do you mind if I ask you if you are something else along with the clobazam ?

I'm on 20mg, and I haven't had any side effects but it's helped me extremely.  I was having grand mal seizures, and after taking this medicine for awhile I've had less, and less seizures.
