Walking is also a big thing in my book.
Did you seizures when they happened....happen during the walks or much after.
Was walking some 6 kms a day when the seizures started to increase here. The neurologist says that his theory lies in the fact that the walking was too much.
Is there in fact a link between long walks and seizures ?

I'll tell you this the Onfi is working so good for me I was able to walk for a couple of days which one day I walked 4.5 miles, and never had a seizure.

With all the drugs I am taking before the Onfi I was still having seizures where I had a grand mal seizure once in our kitchen, and fell into our stove, and the glass on the front of the door shattered on me.

I'm on 20mg, and I haven't had any side effects but it's helped me extremely. I was having grand mal seizures, and after taking this medicine for awhile I've had less, and less seizures.
