Indian Cauliflower Stew - 6.4g Carbs

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp garam masala
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 cup water
Heat the oil in a heavy saucepan and stir in the onion and garlic. Saute for two minutes then add the cauliflower, carrots and garam masala.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour in the water.
Cook the stew on medium flame for 30 minutes.
Serve the stew warm.
