Jennifer Lynn Hope you are feeling better! My son has them in his sleep all the time. The recovery is different. He had one that took months to recover his speech and others he is fine in a few hours. I hope you recover fast. I'm sorry you are going through this.

Subject: [epilepsy] Recovery from Seizure
HI...I'm new and just had a seizure in my sleep on Sunday. How long does it take to recover so that I can get back to work? I'm on Trileptol and am waiting for my doctor ot call since 830 am and this is very scary as I'm new to this. My last seizures occured in the hospital with someone monitoring me and now I am messed up big time and can't remember the last 3 days
I have complex partial seizures
