Can someone help me out with the address on F-book?
I am still on FF and have been since Oct. I have lost from .5-1 lb. a week the whole time. It is going well- and I am committed to continuing. I am loving the part where I eat what I want during the window. I am good a delayed gratification, and I can manage to wait for things I really want to eat! Sometimes I eat too much - wanting cookies AND dinner, AND a snack. Not hungry, just wanting the mouth-feel and the different tastes.
Anyway- going good. I really like this way of eating and I am sticking with it
