Re: [epilepsy] Generic Keppra

Terry,

I have been on the Keppra and had problems more than once with it. Two or
three times when I got the generic Keppra after the second dose, I had
seizures. My neurologist switched me to the Keppra XR, and that done ok for
me. Now they have a generic for it too and my medical plan won't pay for
the brand name anymore either. I don't like it but I am stuck with it.Some
meds doesn't make any difference whether they are generic or not to me, but
the AEDs do. It is hard to understand why charge so much for something like
that. I hope you have no problems with it. Take care.

Just a friendly reminder: Please remember to sign your post and remember to clean up messages when you reply to them. This is especially important if you are on digest. This not only helps out the list owner but, it makes messages much easier to read when they arrive in our inboxes.
