I had the left temporal surgery in 2004 and I went for 9 months and mine
started again. My neurologist told me there was a 70/30 chance I would never
have another seizure, but I guess I got the 30% and started having them
again. I was on Keppra and Neurontin before I had the surgery and he was
taking me off the Neurontin, butwhen it got reduced totally, I had a seizure
and had to go back on it. The seizures I have now are not near as many or
as bad as they were before before the surgery, so I am thankful for that
much anyway.I really know how you feel, I felt the same way the 1st one I
had after the surgery. If it is the cold meds hopefully you won't have to
worry anymore. Take care.
