There won't be anything about this case at that site until it's over.
There has to be a settlement or ruling first. It will be there someday!
Right now, the first phase is almost done and the man investigating this will send all the information to his supervisor and then the director.
If there's a "probable cause" of discrimination finding, a conciliation/mediation process is supposed to take place. But it's optional and I imagine that it will be passed by, with an Administrative Law Judge ruling.
