Re: [epilepsy] Question about Vimpat and yeast infections

Pam and Kim,

Welcome to the group. I have been on Vimpat for almost a year now. I am only
on one other anti-seizure medication. It is Keppra XR, but I haven't had any
problems with them together. You might ought to check the side effects to
see if they might be interacting. I have had epilepsy since I was a baby,
which I am 41 now. My seizures started from a head injury.I had one surgery
on the left temporal lobe. It helped the seizures a lot, but I still have
them. Not as many as before the surgery.I was on 5 medicines before I had my
surgery and they were all interacting with each other. Hope this helps.
Write anytime and take care.

Tammy
