it tends to effect others differently. I have more szs in the winter than the heat,but I was raised in the heat so am used to it. Also stress is a big trigger factor. This year has bbeen really stressful with our teenager, so have had a lot mor szs than usual.

No, it's not just you. Heat--and especially humidity--is a common trigger.
Summer is a tough time for me, too. Although I have full control now, too much
heat and humidity makes me nauseous, so I tend to avoid it, too.
