[fast5] Fast-5 helps me quit chocolate.

 

I am doing OK with Fast-5 again, after a long break from it.

I am very pleased that the Fast-5 schedule makes it easier for me to quit snacking on chocolate and other things I should stay away from. I just don't eat until dinner, then I have a healthy meal and I am full.

It was really hard for me to give up chocolate before.
