Re: [fast5] Re: Fast-5 and Atkins

With total respect for everyones' views and choices....Vitamin A is found in animal products especially liver and it is added to milk along with the vitamin D.....but animal products are not the only source of vitamin A. It is also found in apricots, asparagus, beet greens, broccoli, cantaloupe, carrots, collards, peaches, pumpkin, garlic, kale, mustard greens, papayas etc etc..i have a whole list of them...im not going to type it all out but there are many many sources of vit.A in the plant world. And if youre into herbs there are many herbal souces of vitamin A as well.

It gives me ideas for what I want to cook, 3. I try and stay away from certain fruits and vegetables that normally are considered good for you, but are higher on the index (like red delicious apples, or carrots).
