Vanilla Pear with Pecans - 24g Carbs, 3g Fiber

Want something sweet that won't trash your diet? Try this decadent dish that is low in calories but packed with flavor!
1/2 medium pear, cored and thinly sliced
2 tsp water
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp pecans, chopped
1/4 cup non fat yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Over medium heat, place water, vanilla extract and pears in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and continue to cook on low-med heat until pears begin to soften. Add in more water if needed to avoid burning.
In a small dish, serve pears topped with yogurt and top with pecans.
Serves: 1
