I didn't lose anything at all the first 3 weeks or so.  The fourth week I lost 2.  The fifth was back to nothing.  I was ready to pitch it yesterday.  (End of week 6)  I got on the scale yesterday and am down another 6 pounds.  So - just be patient.  The loss itself seems to be unpredictable at times.  (IE zero - then 6 seemingly overnight.)

I have noticed a big decrease in the amount of fluids I drink when I'm fasting. I'm much less thirsty. Most of my drinking is done during my eating window--eating makes me thirsty. I just figured more fluid is required for digestion. Of course I've never been one to "force" fluids--I drink when I'm thirsty. I don't know who made up the "you need to drink 8-10 cups of water a day" rule. I've never consumed that much.
