HI everyone,

Well we are all set to move. We found and were approved for an apartment. Our plans right now are to move the first week of June, so there is much planning and things to do.

Unfortunately my in laws love my cooking and I have been informed that I have to cook and bake ahead so they can freeze a LOT of things for when I am gone. Mostly sweets but UGH!!!

Example 6 Pizzas, 6 french bread, stuffed green peppers, 4 pineapple upside down cakes, 3 cherry and 3 blackberry dumplings, buttermilk pies, muffins, meatloaf, tuna salad ETC...........

I am going to be busy every day until we leave but if this is one way I can say thank you for letting us move in for this short time than that is fine by me.
