HAPPY MONDAY!
I know, I know...usually people aren't so happy about Mondays, but
I figure it all starts with a good attitude right?
Alright, I'll keep this email short.
I just wanted to let you know that I've put a new up a new blog post
that talks about the concept of losing muscle while fasting.
I feel like I'm beating a dead horse with this topic, but some
people STILL seem to think they will lose muscle if they don't eat
for 24 hours.
Instead of quoting MORE research, I've decided to take a different
approach and just share my story.
Bottom line - over two years of Eat Stop Eat and I don't think I've
lost any muscle...but you can make the call yourself, hop over to
