Oh yes, Sweet Potato... he was on my Facebook Friends list. But I had to unfriend him because he was making too many comments about my belly. One day when I'm down to 7% or 8%, I'll refriend him.

Seriously, I normally try to include the friendly Mr Potatohead and his lovely girlfriend Ms Sweetpotato in my diet, but for the time being, they kinda make me crave sweets so they're OUTTA HERE!! I'm thinking my mood may be related to my lack of sleep from my 4-year old not sleeping through the night lately. Whenever I start turning to Mr Hyde I'll have to just remember to slip into my Qigong pose... ahhh, that's better...
