Some people know that they had head injuries-- but other than that
electrons go crazy in your head. For some flashing lites trigger
a sz, for others it is stress or lack of sleep. It is different
for everybody. For a lot of us we really don't know.I have never
worried about what causes szs. I have them and try to cope.
I am told that anybody can have a sz given the correct circumstances.
