[epilepsy] How Epilepsy Began for me)

Just an early afternoon: like 2:15pm - I decided to take-a-little walk, on the treadmill.
for lunch I have-had some crackers with tuna" thou it was not in water: but oil.
almost 10-minutes into my walk - slow and easy, feeling fine - suddenly like a flash-of-light, in-front wall, of me.
"I'm blind" but with light perception: -I say this now, as what I felt & what proceeded - next"
with my hands on the treadmill railing; this flash of like camera-bulbs or flicks of the switch in the lights, but they 'were' "silver-like".
I followed-them as they moved to my left: where their was a wall - note: they blinked, right there it must-of-happened.
"I lost consciousness.
my family-members were in the living room; they heard the "Bang!" where I had fallen to the floor, called 911 & the next I realized - what happened?
a paramedic with this smelly-thing in my nose - they asked-me; if I felt any pain, -in my body"
no: no".

from there to the hospital for complete observation: 4 days & tests: everything fine.
not an idea why or what happened to me"

2 days later in the evening - after shower, stepping into my room - bang" again.
as I come-to and awaken, Mom by my side: it happened again.
they realized the shaking compulsions, foaming from the mouth - but no serious injury's.
the medication doctors have prescribed for me works pretty-well: controlled ceizures 2 years go by & none.
but concentration blanks happen: and it's very-important not to mi's-any dosages - at the times that you take them...
