Well done Rick, you look terrific. It's good to know I was of some help, however slight. It's rather daunting to be a role model though - I've got to try to live up to it now!

Thanks for the kind words everybody. I forgot to mention that David Nyman said something to me a year or two ago where he said that he maintains 160lbs on a 5'10" frame. Well that's my height so I kept that in mind all this time when it seemed nearly impossible to get down that low that if David can do it, so can I! So a really quick thank you to David for the inspiration. :)
