[epilepsy] result of fracture

Epilepsy was diagnosed in'74.Completely fractured both bones(tibia & fibula)in lower r. leg the next year.I've tried about 27 medicines and had an unsuccessful lobectomy in'96.The fractured tibia became allot longer in its front and slid back and shorter while healing an inch shorter than equal with the left one.Ankle is 1.5" behind where it was.I'm used to this, but I don't walk down steps, normally people face forward,I face to right, quarter of time my r.heel presses into the back of step, which causes pain in knee because I put wait on foot while leg isn't straight. Also when I walk I lift up more on my r. side while I leave the left pretty flat.
I might get the two legs to be the same length.
I think that in my case this might be causing stress that I'm used to,which might be a reason cause seizure activity which no medicine has ever been able to work on,maybe orthopedic surgery might help me reduce this stress and help me neurologically.I made an appointment with an orthopedist who's special with Limb Length Discrepancy.
