[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Delitefully Healthmark Recipe needed. :-)

 

I lost my DH cookbook when I moved and I want to make a certain recipe from it for a potluck tomorrow. Does anyone out there have the Delitefully Healthmark cookbook with the big red apple on the front?
I'm looking for the blackbean corn salad recipe. I have tried searching the internet and am just finding salads with mexican spices in it. This one uses apple cider vinegar, a little sugar and something else. Can't remember.
