1 1/2 lb lean ground beef (95% lean, 5% fat)
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced thyme
1 Tbsp white wine
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Broil until
done as desired (3 - 4 minutes for rare, 5-7 minutes for
medium, and 8-9 minutes for well done).
