I have only heard about casein in cheese being a a possible contributer to seizures. I love cheese and have never noticed it causing more episodes. Some things I've read in the past spoke of the orange/yellow colourse cheeses being a possible culprit, too, but I admits I haven't really studied this. Still, casein is apparently best to avoid if you have seizures.
