*Garlic-Chili Steaks*
*Ingredients:*
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¾ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper (or to taste)
- 4 petite tender steaks (about 1 pound)
*Directions:*
1. Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl (adjust amounts if using
bigger size steaks)
2. Rub on steaks and let stand at room temp until grill is ready
3. Preheat grill to medium heat and grill steaks to desired doneness
4. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes before serving
