The stuffed shirts in their penguin suits at the Time 100 gala May 4 will be rocking out to Prince and Taylor Swift and laughing with "SNL" comic Andy Samberg. Bill Clinton will handle the serious speaking to some of Time's "most influential people in the world," including Sarah Palin, Ben Stiller, Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow and chef David Chang. The issue with the full list -- featuring President Obama, impresario Simon Cowell and tennis star Serena Williams -- hits newsstands next Thursday.
