When I became pregnant with my son I was on 3 types of meds. The doctor switched one medicine, Dilantin to Tregatol which would help lower any problems of having any possible brain injury but was still advised not to chance it, because the meds still run through the blood system which would still have effects on the baby causing later problems, so I stuck to formula

I would be very thankful to recieve your comments ( experience )on
the EFFECT OF ANTI-EPILEPTIC MEDICINES on BREAST MILK.
My WIFE's PREGNANCY is due next month and We are in a dilemma
whether the BABY can be FED with her Breast Milk or Not as she is
taking an Anti-Epileptic drug( TORLEVA(levetiracet am Tablets)750mg )
Two times a Day ....
