Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I had recently found out about this diet on the 11 o'clock news monday night. When I heard how it was done I thought to myself 'Geez, I've been doing that the past 3-4 days...' To find out what I had been doing unconciously was a diet I was intrested. The next day I went to the news station site and found the link to the Fast-5 diet site and downloaded the book. I immediatly read it all the way through. I found the plan quite logical in it's own way. As I said earlier I've pretty much only been eating dinner, most of the time I'm just thirsty rather than hungry so a drink can curb the tummy rumbles.
Currently I don't have a real scale to track my weight but i do have a Wii Fit Plus to weigh my self on. As soon as I find work again a good scale is on my list of things to get.
One thing I liked when reading through the book is, if you slip, it doesn't make you feel guilty. Some diets out there to me have the feeling of if you break the rules it's punishable by death.
I'll be happy to loose just 100 pounds of weight, it would probably be the first time since middle school that I've been below 200 pounds!
