[epilepsy] Bad flying and check experience

I checked into the ticket agent in Chattanooga on April 1 2010 at around 1.00 PM. I waited 30-40 minutes before an airport employee finally found the ticket agent, the only one on staff. I was traveling with a service dog and she was very rude about him. She demanded a doctor's note that stated my disability and that I needed the dog. She than said very rudely since I didn't have a doctors note is the dog yours or was I training it. When I told her he was mine she demanded proof of an organization trained ID. It is against the ADA laws to ask for both of those. I called your 800 number long before my flight and they told me all I needed was a health certificate.Well after much hassle she let me check in and go to my flight.

My flight to Dallas from Chattanooga was fine. I was promised the bulkhead for both flights and the next seat to me blocked out. On the plane from Dallas to Austin I was to be in row eight one of the smaller isles were your feet hardly fit and a seat mate. The stewardess did ask other passengers to trade with me and thankfully they agreed the dog needed more room only I was moved to the bulk head with a seat mate. Not was I was promised and told I would be getting. When buying the tickets I told them I had a service dog.

I am flying back to Chattanooga on the 7th and I am not really looking forward to checking in or the flights. Hopefully I wont have the same issues than.
The young lady who was working the counter on the 1st needs to be retrained.
